Variations
Solid Bearing Pin Conveyor Chain
The bearing pin on these chains is solid. This is the more robust form of chain.
Hollow Bearing Pin Conveyor Chain
Hollow pin chains are utilised when fixing attachments through the hollow bearing pin. Attachments are usually bolted through the outer links, in order to avoid disrupting articulation.
Deep Link Conveyor Chain
The depth of the side plates on deep link chains is greater than that of standard chains, providing a carrying edge the clears the conveyor chains roller. These chains are available in solid and hollow bearing pin
Crank Link Drive Chain
The chain is generally used when a low speed, but heavy loading is required such as on excavator and mining equipment. The cranked link design allows a compact power to weight ratio, while maintaining a high pitch accuracy. For more information please contact us.

Used as a scraper feeder chain for bulk handling. We stock and supply some of the must common types:

– Z40/ZC40 76.2, 2 hollow pins, 2 solid pins, alternatively 7, 8, 11, & 15 tooth cast iron and steel sprockets are available for carrier chains.
